A large tertiary organisation (and likely most or all of them) in Aotearoa outsourced their email hosting to Microsoft. Now there are many outlook.com netblocks showing up in Spamcop's RBL. Staff at the affected institutions are upset that my mailserver bounces their messages if they originate from the bad IP ranges.
In other words, we're at the Find Out stage of downsizing university in-house IT departments.
AITA for pointing this out and refusing to whitelist outlook.com?
