I had a convo with someone who wanted to do founder matchmaking. I told them "don't."
I've been through two founder marriages. Even when it happens naturally odds are that it's doomed. IMO if you haven't spent at least a year as *close* friends with your cofounder, it's a total dice roll.
If someone is serious about attempting founder matchmaking, there's a bunch of research on romantic matchmaking (non-culturally enforced) that'd probably provide some meaningful direction, but I'd guess the conclusion of it is: "don't."
