Yes, existing Uber could do the local part, which is kinda what Prime local does, but also if you own an airline or even a private jet or a shipping company or a private yacht, you can bid to carry packages during your journey.
The Uber would be "Shipper.com" and you can create an account and bid to carry parcels, containers etc...
I've just looked up shipper.com and they ship cars for you 😂
