New binary is now available for testing on Linux =)

Various bug fixes and improvements

Most notably:
- configure proof of work settings for notes and encrypted messages you create, and likewise for those you receive from unknown sources
- Follow topics/hashtags and view them in separate feeds
- LN invoice display
- Docker support courtesy of github contributor JulianPedro
- Lazy loading of user images and a few other tweaks courtesy of github contributor makeinTheStuff
