**Community** doesn't begin with people who think alike. It begins with people who aren't afraid to stay beside each other.
I used to think community meant a group of people who shared the same goals,
or at least the same beliefs.
But after truly living inside one, I found that…
The heart of a community isn't belief, **it's relationship.**
And real relationships in community
don’t start from agreement.
They begin with a space safe enough for us to speak our truths,
without fear of being left behind.
Many of the people who are now my team, my friends, my chosen family in this field, at the start, none of us knew what we could even do together.
Some only had a small flicker of fire in them.
Some came with more questions than answers.
Some had never spoken in front of others, not even once.
But the one thing we all tried to protect, no matter what, was this..
**“I won’t shut you out, even if I don’t understand you yet.”*"
And when that kind of silence becomes safe,
it slowly turns into a space where each person can take a step,
say something, fall down,
and come back again —
without having to apologize for not being ready.
In a world where we’re pushed to speak louder just to be heard,
I try to build a place where no one has to compete for volume or spotlight.
Just being there, fully, that’s already enough to mean something.
That’s why, for me, community never started with “gathering.”
It started with letting each other stay.
Over time, those relationships shaped themselves.
People grew in their own ways.
And what they’re able to do today…
It’s not because I told them to.
It’s because I never told them who they had to be.
If you ask me what a community really is,
I’d say..
**“It’s the place you still dare to stay, even when you’re not yet sure who you are.”**
And if you start from that place…
you’ll see that real relationships
never ask you to prove a thing.
