I mean, a better solution would be to use outbox but pointed at your forest list.. However, I realize this is more of a dream than reality as clients are still struggling to implement it.. The only clients that can really do it are amethyst, coracle, gossip (maybe some that I haven't tried like nostur?)
Relay.tools does have functionality to stream, but it's pretty basic and has not landed in the UI yet, you pick a relay(s) to stream from, and it hooks up to the firehose, and then your ACL list will just deny everything except what you've set. It's not as efficient that way, but it would work today (vs waiting for features). Doug has some fancy stuff planned for strfry in this arena too for future stuff..
If you're interested in experimenting with it, which relay or maybe even 2 relays would you stream from? I'm unsure how well it will perform but we can try it for the learnings if you want..
