Not at all. Democratic politics are there to figure out, what is the common ground for a fair society. It is crutial to every society to know what is considered good activities, and which activities are outside acceptance. To have a common ground of discussion, we use the constitutions and laws, that can be discussed again all the time.

Like this small differences can occur over time. But the core values do rarely change.

All communities in the world share following basic values:

- violence is bad, therefore also murder is illegal in all societies of humanity
