Maybe we just need one new prefix, "redacted" or whatever, that the relay can use to say "I have this note, but I'm not showing it to you", and then a message, and clients could even opt to display that error message in the place of the missing note or something like that.
The message could be something like "you must zap another 2333 satoshis to nostr:npub... before being able to see this" and that could be rendered nicely.
Just throwing some ideas in a generic way that other kinds of relays could make use of in the future. What do you think?
