🌽 New Room Mode: Talking Stick

- Owners may set a room to use a talking stick
- Talking Stick enabled rooms only have one speaker at a time
- Enabling Talking Stick mode will disable Stage Only
- Enabling Stage Only mode will disable Talking Stick
- The current holder of the talking stick can give it to another user
- A room owner or moderator may always grab the talking stick
- View a user's profile for actions to Take or Hand Over the Talking Stick
