Ha! I didn't think to have an image ready to demo uploads so this is a random photo that I had my hard drive.
It's a traditional breakfast from Karnataka in South India called Chow Chow Bath and it's really delicious. It's actually a combination of 2 other dishes, kesari (sweet) and upma (salty) with coconut chutney on the side.
