This is another example why "app stores" are retarded. Either they are curated lists of trusted apps according to whatever trusted person or they accept anything but then you shouldn't be browsing them looking for cool extensions because everything must be assumed to be a virus.
Zapstore (npub10r8…t2p8) should be fixing this by letting anyone publish an app uncensorably using any relay while simultaneously providing users with relay-based curated browsing experiences.
