I might be wrong, but I'm trying to withdraw a few sats and it's not letting me. The error doesn't say anything about kyc though. It says there's not enough to cover fees (but according to the docs you only need to allow about 10 sats for that and that is more than covered)
Having not done the full verification, it's the only thing I could think of that might be causing a restriction.
