Hey, I have two questions:
1) What exactly does the »proof of work« setting mean in Nostr? Does it serve as a way to prove that the post being published is not spam and will be therefore more readily accepted by relays? And is there a recommended value for that?
2) Is it possible to follow hashtags? If yes, could you please tell me how?
