Coming soon to a European country near you. Pensions and social benefits will be distributed via CBDC EUR and CBDC EUR only. Since that money comes from the government it will be programmed to only allow spending for groceries, rent (only to known landlord address) and other essential items. Anything left by the end of the month will be deleted before the new pension / social is being credited the next month.
