When you're a non-dev and other non-devs tell you about how devs are morally bankrupting stuff, and you don't understand what the devs are saying because you're ofcourse not a dev, you'll obviously side with the non-devs. It's just distrust because of information assymetry.
Moral of the story is. Learn to code.
If you want change the world don't protest. Write code.
