It's called a "Gameplay Trailer" if it's gameplay footage, and a "Cinematic Trailer" if it's not gameplay footage. I think this distinction has been pretty standard for years because of deceptive trailers that did not make the distinction in the past. This video is the "Reveal Cinematic Short" for Marathon -- I didn't include that title with my upload, so I understand the confusion.
