"content": "yeah. Like let’s put the bank’s toll free number on the approved list. Sadly, there are ways to spoof caller ID. So the scammer spoofs the bank’s number in caller ID and then the AI doesn’t alert. This is an area where the perpetrators have decades of experience and the defenders are still waiting for the paint to dry on this new tech. \n\nI mean, it will catch some scams. But it will be wrong sometimes. And the prime, target audience doesn’t have the wherewithal to detect or deal with the mistakes. It’s not clear at all if it could be a net positive.",
