I am frustrated by an individual who claims he wasn't listened to regarding a particular technical issue. I have logs of conversations, but thanks to TOS and GDPR, I cannot release the logs.
The person WAS listened to, but most disagreed with what they were saying. I have no particular point, other than to realize that I can't tell the difference between "you didn't listen to me" and "we didn't agree with you."
Neither side is particularly wrong. Absolute truth rarely exists.
