There's talk in Russian media about Ukrainians planning attacks on nuclear power stations (Kurchatov near Kursk and Zaporizhzhia in Ukraine) and dirty bombs. It could be Putin's usual threats, or he might be planning a false flag operation (as with the Kakhovka Dam). He must be aware that, if the order is given, a mutiny and the demise of his regime could follow.
