Using C to find 28 bit nonce, using a Mac book air 2023, it takes around 0.5 sec.
I see several relays use 28 bit difficulty.
That is way too low.
Using GPUs I could probably send a million messages an hour, using a million different pubkey, if difficulty is set to 28 bits....
