Huzzah! Finally had a batch of Pan de Muerto come out looking as good as they taste. These aren't sugared yet as I've found it's best to sugar them right before you're gonna eat them otherwise the butter you use to get the sugar to stick will make them get soggy if they are stored like that.

Definitely by next Dia de Muertos, I'll be practiced enough at these to be able to put them on the bakery website for ordering.
