Do you like to be asked by someone hosting you about dietary restrictions/allergies? I'm warring with my "wow I hate to be a bother" but also I once made banana bread for a new friend who, it turned out, hated bananas. I once ordered vegetarian pizza for the musicians at our festival - there were no vegetarians, but there was a vegan! Some people hate chocolate. Some hate raisins. So I'd really rather know.
