"content": "I've had a Carey pressure cooker/canner for a couple years, but have only used it maybe twice to pressure can some meat, which turned out great. But after that I put it away and forgot about it. So today I dug it out and looked at it, I had forgotten how multi purpose it is. Pressure canner, pressure cooker, slow cooker. So I decided to pressure cook one of our freezer rabbits, and in 30 minutes it was done and very tender. I seasoned it and added butter and onions in the pot. Delicious! I need to use it more often. #grownostr #foodstr #countrylife #homesteading. Sorry I forgot to take a pic of the food before we ate it.\n\nhttps://cdn.nostr.build/i/dd137b2554adee67ce430cc2e5d89d3e0d92ca9aa2e41ebdde96ebdc9832cbec.jpg",
