You know what, WhatsApp on the Mac is actually pretty good.
It used to be an unstable web app in a wrapper that would often get disconnected and need to be repaired every other day. But ever since they moved it to a native app on the Mac, it’s been fast, it gained feature parity with the iPhone app, and I'm even okay with leaving it open in the background now.
