It's been a rough first week without the coworker who's been on medical leave. The person who's stepped in temporarily to help us keep from drowning has been doing an amazing job, and I am seriously grateful.
Aside from that, I've been dealing with issues of emotional blunting for over a year that I suspect are a histamine level problem, but I was so worn out Wednesday that I felt seriously depressed for the first time in ages. A couple days later I'm back to feeling sort of blunted, which feels a bit like a relief. Going that dark is very unsettling.
