Have you ever tried to use IPFS? It only ever works when you publish a file directly to the Cloudflare instance and then fetch directly from it via HTTP bypassing the actual software and p2p network.

I wrote naddr1qq…87ll a long time ago and haven't reread it since, so it's probably garbage. Search Nostr for "IPFS" and you'll probably find better content.
