Certainly the political actors and systems are different, but rising income inequalities, aging populations, and social media are similar factors in US, UK and FR elections (I vote in and follow UK/FR elections).\n\nSo I think there are similar influences we can look at, though there are other (possibly larger) factors, such as the Tory shit show in UK and Macron being out of touch with real people.",
