i understand now, the real solution is to make myself feel powerful. to have will to live, and surpass everyone. the level 3 mindset, it's lame thinking and lame lifestyle from the perspective of a higher thinking level , but my mind hadn't realized till now that my body is the limitation. The mind has to plan a path that also take accounts the limitation and desires of the body.
