My split lip hasn't got much better, but at least I can be confident it's not a cold sore (it's a split, there's no blister, and no other associated symptoms. Just an annoying sting whenever I eat or move my mouth, like a paper cut).
This hasn't happened to me in years, and I'm guessing it's because of the acetic acid and being a bit run down. I've got back into daily vitamins and am hoping that'll help.
