#Biden can't #fire #LouisDeJoy, the Board of Governors have that authority. DeJoy, in turn, can file a wrongful termination lawsuit. If he were to win, he would be awarded monetary compensation & a return to his prior position. We saw a similar thing happen w/FBI Dep Director Andy McCabe after Trump fired him, and the determination was that he was fired purely for political reasons.
However, DeJoy can be fired for cause. In part, because of the chaos he has created within the #USPS.
