I just finished writing a longer memorial, but I want to acknowledge the massive hole in our hearts from this morning as Barb passed away on her terms, in my arms at the vet shortly after we brought her to Bernal Heights for a look at her home, and to feel the sun on her skin, and the wind through her fur one last time.

We miss you Barbara.
