The list of names of the convoked will be published in the Official Gazette of the Federal District (DODF) this Wednesday (21). This initiative reinforces the bank's commitment to digital transformation and innovation. Since 2019, the BRB has hired over 1,200 new employees through six public contests as part of its strategic plan for growth and modernization. With a 30-hour weekly schedule and a salary of R$ 10,678.42, IT analysts play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and securing the bank's technological systems and solutions. Among their responsibilities are supporting internal and customer areas, evaluating and implementing new technologies, and coordinating projects that ensure the efficiency and innovation of the services provided. The BRB is going through a consolidation phase as one of the most innovative financial institutions in the country. With over 9 million customers, technology is at the center of our growth and relationship strategy.
