Yup doesn't work lightning o7 at least for advanced stuff that I've been reading, lost of funds etc.. seems ogre. For the most basic shit works even tho that basic can get rekt at any point because different reasons see WoS no USA support for example. On-chain L1 in the other hand the only single point is congested network but that means, we need more miners and nodes to clear even some more so always stay in shape and don't require lots of sats to send. Yet I'm convinced that only happens at certain times that are more close to new epoch 🧐
