It might be good if @amethyst had a small built in cache of posts already read. Defaulting to chronological order means if you revisit the app a few times a day your quite often scrolling past the same notes to get to more you didn't get to in your first session.
Unless I'm missing something already. I tend automatically refresh the feed upon opening the app.
