I once went to a salon where I had booked online. When I got there, some crazy, entitled bitch cut in front of me at reception but found herself powerless when she couldn't be served ahead of me due to being a walk-in. She was so angry with not being able to cut in line that she glared at me the whole time I was getting my hair cut. Now I only book hair appointments with home stylists and pay them cash...
