So I kinda hate bringing up Bill Gates, but this quote is an absolute classic and worth reminding in these times:
"Measuring programming progress by lines of code is like measuring aircraft building progress by weight."
The fact that both devs and companies now gush over how many more lines of code they can add with the LLMs is really leaving a sour taste.
