amino (npub1j7t…62xa) Yeah. I'm scanning open source apps ALL THE TIME because it's fun and when I found a good one we can always replace some commercial app with the FOSS replacement that works.
In our company (where I'm the CTO and founder) I'm glad we can use FOSS apps and contribute a lot to open source. But we still have to use centralized and non-open source apps for many things.
It's "best from both worlds" kinda situation I guess. I truly wish there would be more complete open source apps available in the future and I'm sure there will as there already has been.
