To be honest, I kinda forgot Dick Cheney was still alive. To my mind, he toddled off long ago to his great situation room in Protestant heaven where he is permanently sat on a throne of live Tomahawk missiles, shirtless and slobbering, holler-gurgling "MOAR WAR" and eating live children.
