The author of "agent 666" made a great point re: Crowley embracing the "evilest man alive tile" - Crowley thought it gave him power, and it likely did in the beginning, but he expressed annoyance later in life he didn't get recognition for his righteous and noble work, and that was because the label "the evilest man alive" became who Crowley was to the rest of the world.
USA maybe gaining from acting capricious and p0wning the the news cycle, but it maybe that eventually that capricious nature just becomes how USA is perceived.
If you wanted to end the bond market that's what you might do it.
