If you're not hiring and/or training software developers because you're thinking "We're not going to need them soon", I'm afraid you've been duped by executives, investors and pundits inflating a bubble.
Sure, some of those execs, investors and pundits duped themselves first. But I suspect some of the ringleaders know exactly what they're doing.
