I wrote a letter to friend, and tried using my dip pen with steel pointed nib to address the envelope in De Atramentis waterproof 'Archive' black ink (which was made for fountain pens). I was delighted to find this ink worked beautifully with my dip nib... not too watery like many of my fountain pen inks. It coated my dip nib like black velvet cream, and flowed beautifully- not too thick, not too thin. Next I'll have to try my dip pens with my other four colored DeAtramentis waterproof 'Document'
