Is there any precedent for a war where the aggressor sends aid to the very people they’re trying to kill, while in the act of killing them?
We have certainly targeted civilian populations before. The fire-bombing of Tokyo, where 16 square miles of the city were destroyed, 100k deaths, and a million homeless. Most people suffocated to death because the fire sucked all the oxygen out of the air. Then we nuked two cities.
We didn’t send aid until they surrendered.
War is completely illogical.
