The rest are long term vacation owners that are only here from time to time. Annual property taxes are $450USD, the monthly maintenance and gas are $300USD (6000 pesos) which includes the Puerto Aventuras fees as well. Electrical is separate, but it’s roughly 3000-5000mx per month.
