If people had money they would go to restaurants. I moved to a town where it's kind of booming from a smaller town that was booming too much. It's the exact opposite of most of the nation where you see a lot of service jobs and restaurants everywhere. There are like a dozens bakeries and boba tea on the same block. Even Japanese bookstores and figure stores... basically a lot of disposable income.
