Because I'm still reading through a bunch of other people's reactions to the news (on Metafilter, natch: https://www.metafilter.com/207167/the-anglerfish) I find I'm not done having thoughts of my own on the subject I rambled about here:

The main thought is: Whether my book purchase benefits an artist-revealed-as-monster (are they still alive? did I buy it used?) is a distraction. The focus I find more useful is: does my relationship with their art propagate their harm?
