IvanAristotelian on Nostr: Explanation is impossible by the inexplicable or by requiring isolation from any part ...
Explanation is impossible by the inexplicable or by requiring isolation from any part of the real facts. If you do not know the answer to a question, to say that it is the work of goblins, instincts, or devils --- is to close forever the possibility of explanation to yourself. Explanation is through the known, not the unknowable, and it binds all knowledge into a non-contradictory whole, rather than requiring you to close your mind to new or strange discoveries.
