I also have Quantum with a UDM and I've been using mine in DMZ mode because I didn't want to change WAN settings and break things I didn't understand, but I changed this setting and unplugged/replugged the UDM's WAN cable and it worked! Thanks!
Now I have to figure out how to access the modem's web UI in case I need to make changes in the future since I can't hit 192.168.0.1 anymore lol
