OK, this is rich.
Point one, Russia has declared a 30-hour cease-fire in Ukraine. Ukraine claims that the Russians are violating it, so Russia bad. OK so far:

Point two, by some "analyst", "there was no advance notice about the cease-fire, so Ukraine doesn't have the time to comply with it":

So, there is a cease-fire, but Russians firing on Ukrainians means Russia is bad (because it isn't abiding by the cease-fire) and Ukrainians firing on Russians means Russia is bad (because it didn't give Ukraine advance notice and time to prepare for the cease-fire).
CNN used to be a respectable news source. Nowadays it's just a propaganda outlet, no better than RT...
