As governments around the world need to find ways do diversify away from the Dollar as a settlement network (SWIFT system) and reserve (UST), it is perplexing to see why only China and Russia seem to grasp that Bitcoin is the ideal solution.

What are your top reasons as to why that is? Do you think governments are so regarded that they first load up on gold just to realize its ill suited for settlement?
