My first thought is to see if there's a way to make a very general request to the company to educate *everybody* but that might require more sleuthing than you want to sign up for. The company will push hard to figure out a specific individual to act against.
It also is true that I am just about the only one on my floor so washed my hands for the full 20+ seconds so why go after cleaning staff in particular?
